The delivery arrived two days earlier than expected which is great especially when your kids keep pestering you that the bike has not arrived yet. The bike was well packaged with plastic covers for the bushings and a cardboard-like material to protect the body from scratches. Assembly was easy and the instructions were very clear. Apart from the front brake being in the wrong direction (which was easily fixed), the bike was well made and packaged with care. My 9 year old son (51 years old) loves riding this bike and it fits him perfectly. The front and rear brakes are very convenient and make parking easier. This is my first time buying a bike online and I am very happy with the end result. The price is very reasonable and worth the money.

Overall, good product but not happy with the delivery time, I ordered the product on April 21st and it was delivered on May 12th, which is unacceptable... Performance is great and my kid loves this bike. Build quality is great except for the seat - the seat needs to be designed in a way that it fits everyone, this looks small especially for little boys and it puts pressure on the scrotum, the quality of the seat clamp should be better, I will definitely change for a better seat from costway or costway Color: You can choose the color you want but I chose the grey and my kid loves it too, there should not be a price difference when offering any product of similar design and size (just the color, no one should charge more) Weight: It's good, a 4 to 7 year old can handle this weight easily, the bike stand should be a little easier, my kid struggles unless I tell him how to use it

The bike we originally received had a slightly bent front wing where the front wheel is attached. I bent the wing a little to allow the wheel to fit. Although I am writing a review about a bike I did not receive, it is the bike I ordered. I contacted Royal Baby and they helped me resolve the issue. They offered to send me a replacement bike for me to cover the shipping costs. This was great because we needed a second bike. They were helpful throughout the process and resolved the issue in the end. Great customer service experience. Both bikes were easy to install.

bought this for a 5 year old. Delivery was fast and almost everything arrived except the bell. Assembly was easy and looks great except for the brakes. The brakes took a bit of time to adjust as they didn't make full contact at first. I had to get a second person to help tighten it. The basket is held in place with my harness so you can't put anything heavy in it. The training wheels needed a little adjustment once installed as they were lower than the wheels and the pedals didn't drive the bike properly. Just a simple calibration step. I think this product is worth the money and worth buying.

Really unhappy with the bike I bought this time. It arrived looking in great condition and ready to ride. I kept saying it was a great bike. However, we spent over an hour fixing it and the kids were excited and looking forward to a great day only to find out the bike was broken. There were a lot of scratches and signs of use on the bike. When I say broken I mean the front brake. (14) I worked on the brake for quite a while and then decided to give it a try and give it a press to see if it was okay. I looked at the clutch and it was completely broken and there was nothing I could do about it, and the brakes couldn't be fixed either. Kind of frustrated because returns were out of the question, you know how kids are. This is his next upgrade bike and I was planning on getting one with a front brake so he could learn to ride it but it just wouldn't work. So with all that in mind this mom was very unhappy. If we were to end up buying a cheaper bike with a rear pedal brake I would have bought that. It's a nice looking bike but other than that I really can't recommend it if it doesn't work properly. The aesthetics didn't exceed expectations and the functionality/performance. Update: The seller contacted me and offered a full refund, which to me is a great business quality when things don't go as expected, they didn't pass the buck, but stepped up to make the customer happy, and demonstrated great customer service and dedication to the purpose of the company (the part that really matters, not the items they sell themselves). Ty and I really wouldn't mind trying again in the near future, since you resolved this issue quickly and efficiently.

We are loyal Schwinn users - my two sons love the 24 Schwinn Thrasher mountain bikes that we purchased from our LBS - these Schwinn Thrashers have been well used on family mountain biking vacations to Moab, TX, Colorado, and Wisconsin - these Schwinn Thrashers have served us well for two years before my sons outgrew them. So when my sons outgrew the 24 Schwinn bikes, I purchased 2 Schwinn High Timber 26 mountain bikes for Christmas. These 26 Schwinn HIgh Timber mountain bikes use essentially the same parts as the 24 Schwinn Thrashers (except they are V-brakes). We are now assembling these Christmas gift bikes and I have come across something you should know about. These bikes are worth the money, but one of them has a broken flywheel - even with oil on, the flywheel still makes a squeaking metallic sound. I called Schwinn customer service and they told me a new cassette would be sent via FedEx and I would have it in 5-7 days. Great... 5 stars. But in addition... you should know that any mail-order bike requires assembly (which you probably know) and additional lubrication and adjustments. In addition to assembly, the following needed to be corrected: - The disc brake caliper arms needed to be readjusted (two hex screws) so they don't bind - The brake cable needed to be tightened so the lever doesn't fully compress (bottom out) when braking. The best way to do this is to tighten the cable at the caliper by loosening and re-tightening the hex screws. - The wheel bearings on both the front and rear hubs needed to be re-greased and the ball bearing cones adjusted correctly. - The rear derailleur high and low range fine-tuning. - The front derailleur high and low range fine-tuning. The headset and bottom bracket also looked like they needed to be gently tucked in, but considering they rotate significantly less than the hubs, you can leave them alone.
