Exceptional Value, Tough as Nails
Wow! I used and abused this beverage dispenser since receiving it in July! After filling this I placed it in the bed of my truck to transport it to my off grid cabin a mile from the spring. Did not leak, break or lose water at any time. This keeps beverages ice cold and is a perfect dispenser for any use. I will address some other reviews that people have complained about the lid. This lid needs to be pushed down evenly. I have had zero issues with the lid, I believe users are not fastening the lid properly causing issues with handles. I highly recommend this 5 Gallon Insulated Beverage Server/Dispenser - Costway. Costway is always eager to have happy customers, products I have purchased have always been package extremely well. I highly recommend @costway as well. You can have hot coffee whenever you want
We use these to serve hot chocolate and coffee during outdoor activities, and they do a great job of keeping drinks hot. It\'s perfect so far, no leakage problems. Tight seal, removable, easy to clean, look professional.

I have always used the Cambro brand at my job. When I needed to buy these for a new business I have started, I researched and found these. They are every bit s good as Cambro and were quite a bit less expensive. I will buy again when I'm ready to add more!

Decent, but could be better
The drink dispenser is good at keeping drinks warm, but it leaks from the top quite severely. To make this better, I feel like the company should work on the top seal so no liquid can leak out when in transport.

Perfectly hot liquid container
This container keeps hot cocoa hot for several hours. Very easy to clean. Bigger than I expected it to be but pleasantly surprised at great quality of this product. I will be buying another one soon!!

Works great, big size!
These are very well insulated (cold or hot!) Used one for hot coffee and one for iced―pre heated the hot one with hot water for 30mins-1hr before event and stayed warm for most of the day we were out. Pre cooled the iced one with ice water for same time and both stayed insulated well! Only took away a star because the seal isn't great on the lid and it leaked a little while my partner carried it. Maybe I need to retry it, but overall the insulation is more important to me as I set up a stall at events.

When it breaks its useless
Kept what I need hot very hot the first time. The second time the latches broke rendering it useless. So would I buy again? Not until they make the latches better and more sturdy.

Love this! Kept our coffee hot.
Bought this for a coffee event and it served its purpose. Ordered it and it came fast.. a day before the event. We were in a situation where there was no power to keep coffee hot so using this saved the day. We put hot coffee in it the night before and it stayed warm enough to drink when we got to the event the next morning at 7am. Will definitely be getting one more and highly recommend.

Works great but not good quality
These kept coffee hot for well longer than the booklet said so have no issues there. But, compared to the Carlisle dispensers we have, these feel cheap. In fact, a handle broke on one after the first use.

Great for team sports
Was more than enough for 14 people playing basketball. This dispenser is fairly light and would be easier to carry with 2 people, but one person is able to manage if necessary. I made a gatorade mix the night before with some ice and the mix was still nice and cold by the following day. I like how they have name tags to describe the drinks or you can write you name in case multiple people bring the same dispenser somewhere.
