These are awesome! I rarely mess up eggs now and my hens love them. You can also flip them over and remove the paper so they can still be used. They fit perfectly in the nest and are about 2 inches thick, so my hens can fluff them up.

The door has been installed and in use for a year. No specific complaints. The screen is not very clear in daylight, but it's not a minor issue, and I'm not sure I'd be willing to sacrifice battery life for that improvement.

Works as expected. Installation was probably the easiest task when setting up the coop and chicken house. For the first few weeks I used only the manual operation, but now that my chickens are 11 weeks old they can enter the coop between 8:15am and 8:50pm. I have no experience with having the door reverse when closing in case there are birds in the opening...they are very well behaved to stay inside when it's time to sleep. This door has a manual mode and a timer. I don't think it can be set for sunrise and sunset. I also use the remote to keep them out of the coop while cleaning. The remote works, but it takes a few button presses through the metal cloth to close the door. I have had no problems with solar charging. The battery gauge showed 3 to 4 when it was fresh out of the box. The solar panel is in the sun in the afternoon and is now fully charged, even with all the rain and cloudy days we have had this spring.

Only "complaint" is wish it wasn't flat so the ducks could easily climb on it

There was no little button on the door (not even a little hole) and I couldn't operate it at all, not even the switch. It was like a paperweight. It had a battery or something, but since there were no buttons, it couldn't cycle through the program. Not good at all. Fixed it. Contacted them and they updated the door to have no buttons. Had to play around with the app a bit, but eventually got it to connect and update the firmware. It's working great now.

We bought this door set three years ago and it still works great - opens at dawn and closes at dusk. We had a problem with the door not opening last winter but thought it might have been moisture freezing in the track since there is no little canopy over the door. It works great now so we are happy with it. I am considering buying another set for the "chick" house where I keep chicks but it is a bit pricey

would buy again. The app works great and the switch works fine. I think it would be better if I could keep it out of direct sunlight at all times, but it works fine. I live in North Carolina and when the weather got cold last winter I changed the batteries sooner than the app recommended. It could have been the batteries I used, but they seem to struggle a bit when it gets below freezing.
