2 Stars for being as tall as advertised and easy assembly. But functionally it's not very good. If you put more than 2 adult winter coats on it (anywhere, even the bottom hooks) it starts to lean. if you dont baby it and hold it after taking a coat on or off it will fall over. I'd say if you have to get a standalone rack, look for one with a wider and heavier base than this.

I made the mistake of building the stand and the first 3 hangers first. After opening the second hanger bag, I noticed that most of the hangers looked bad with splotches on them. I tried to submit a refund with Target but they expect me to disassemble it instead of bringing it to a store? I'm not going through the hassle of trying to get everything back in the box, not worth the energy.
