The tree was beautiful the ONE year we got to use it! It was stored in a tree bag, never near water and two other trees that are not flocked were right next to it… this tree however got mold all over it. I opened the bag and it immediately smelled horrible. I will never have a flocked tree again.

The tree is more flocked than it looks in the picture. Looks a lot more white than I was anticipating. Our tree also had 2 broken branches that we discovered while we were fluffing the tree.

Christmas tree of my dreams. Although in the picture it looks nice and full that wasn’t the case for me. I had to buy flocked inserts to give it a fuller appearance. I when you put up and take down have a broom or vacuum ready you’ll need it.

This tree was so warm and full, it made for a luxurious centerpiece to our living room this Christmas. It is very messy, of course, but after arranging the branches and adding the decorations, it looked so full and beautiful.

Absolutely beautiful! Very easy to take apart and put together! The branches pull apart easy and fill out perfectly! The branches hold pretty heavy ornaments too so that was nice! It’s also a great size! I saw a few reviews say the flocking was very messy however ours was not messy at all! Hardly any came off.

Perfect height tree for our apartment and it has a nice shape. Unfortunately it is so much more “flocked” than we were expecting. We wanted a green tree with some snow and instead we got a snowy tree with a TINY amount of green. Can barely see our ornaments :(

The tree is very pretty but with a pre-lit, tree the expectation is that it’s going to have adequate lighting. The top of the tree is fairly sparse in particular and a few people have mentioned that. In the photo you’ll notice the yellowish hue of the lights and it’s less noticeable in person but it’s not got that hue at the top because it’s has very few lights there.

This tree was a nightmare! Horrible quality and the return process was such a hassle. Because it’s sold by a 3rd party, I had to haul it UPS. 3 weeks later, I’m still waiting for my refund.

The transformer to connect the lights was not in the box. I contacted the vendor and they told me to contact Target, but I’ve had difficulty getting ahold of someone to get a transformer sent out.

After purchasing this tree November of 2022, the lights are already going out. I have reached out to the manufacturer, Target at Costway AND Target guest services ALL in which say they cannot help me. I don’t even want a new tree just a new bottom piece because it’s what is out. Really frustrating and upsetting that we spent all this money on a beautiful tree to only be able to use one year. Terrible customer service on all ends. 10/10 do not recommend.

When the tree was first taken out of the box, I was like oh my God it’s so ugly and kind of reminded me of a Charlie Brown tree but you have to open each branch and pull them apart to make it look fluffy and nice and this is the tree before we put any decorations on it! The only downside is the top branch doesn’t fully light up so we just put it to the back side! But the tree is absolutely gorgeous in my opinion! Would definitely buy it again!

The tree has a lot of fake snow fall out and will stick to your clothing. The tree doesn’t offer different light settings or color options which feels limiting based on the retail price.
