A sturdy luggage rack
I appreciated that this luggage rack has a place for shoes. For construction, just pay attention to their instructions. Look at how the poles cross each other in the pictures.

Functional, but poorly machined
Overall really paint and design looks fine. Putting it together was an ordeal. First, all the washers were missing from the kit, secondly the holes are not centered on the beams. It took a lot of pressure and a trip to the hardware store to get it together

Multiple use
They worked well in my rental townhouse. Renter could lay the luggage upper and put shoes or any other organizer on the bottom. Quality is fine.

No screws or instructions in one box.
We like the product. The price was very affordable. We did not receive one package of screws and that box did not have instructions. Luckily the first box had screws and instructions.

Great customer service!
Product was exactly as described. Overall good quality materials and easy to assemble. The initial shipment from the manufacturer included one faulty part, but their customer service was outstanding and they immediately replaced with a new luggage rack. Would recommend this product if you are looking for a good quality, sturdy, portable and foldable luggage rack.

I thought this was just foldable and assembly is required. We were also shorted one of the screws so now we have to figure out how to find a replacement. The actual product is nice though, seems strong, and does fold-i just thought they would arrive in a box folded already

Perfect for that Spare Guest Room
We are empty nesters, and have family and grandkids over all the time from out of town. After seeing my two guest rooms floors a mess with family's luggage open and all over, thought it would be a good idea to buy a couple to help their stay. kinda like how much we loves these when at a Hotel.They seem very sturdy, pretty easy to put together, direction ok but worked, and like that I can fold and stow if I want. Did a lot of research and came up with this model. Do recommend
