Q: Since the cabinet is on wheels, I assume it's moveable. But it says to secure to the wall to prevent from tipping. If I have to secure to the wall, it will no longer be moveable? Please advise. Thanks

A: It can be moveable if you remove the anti-tipping screws.

A: 12inch. Only the center shelve is fixed. The top and bottom shelves are adjustable.
