Costway Upholstered Armless Office Chair with Adjustable Height & Wheels for Small Spaces Gray/White

The chair looks really nice, but after sitting in it for about 6 hours it became very uncomfortable. I noticed that the cushions were not as soft as the first day, and it has only been 4 months. I think this chair is more suitable for occasional sitting rather than daily office use.

I really like the wide seat of this chair. It's roomy enough to sit cross-legged/twist comfortably. I don't get sciatica from it. It feels very stable and solid, which I love. Sometimes I forget it doesn't have wheels, but it still swivels 360 degrees. I didn't expect it to be so well made and so sturdy for the price. I would definitely consider buying another one.

Bought it last month (May). It is one of the most comfortable chairs I have ever sat in. The assembly process was easy and followed the instructions. The color I bought (cream) is elegant and pleasing to the eye. I am very satisfied.

I'm 5'10" and I feel fine in this chair. The headrest is nice and the adjustability is good. The recline is also good and can be locked in three positions or there's a "free" mode that lets you recline to any position but doesn't lock it. The seat is more comfortable than I thought a mesh seat would be, so I'm happy with that. The problem I had was the lack of seat depth. My knees were a little far from the front of the seat. If I sat fully back, though, it was fine. Unfortunately, the armrests aren't great. The armrest mechanics are solid, which I like, but the spacing between the armrests is too small for me. I wish the left and right armrests were a little further away from me. I use a space mouse for my left hand and a regular mouse for my right hand with the keyboard in between, so my hands are usually pretty far away when I work. I'd probably make a 1.25 cm or so stop to allow the armrests to move a little. The armrests are also not very comfortable and aren't wide enough. I'd probably buy some foam armrest pads to pad the armrests to make them wider and more comfortable for long periods of time.

Office chairs are expensive, so this one is a steal. It took less than 30 minutes to get up the stairs, but I struggled a bit with the armrests. The only downside is that I didn't do my homework on my end! If you're shorter, be aware that I'm 5'2" and my feet always hang at the lowest point. I wouldn't mind getting a footstool, but it does defeat the purpose of it being a budget office chair. Other than that, this is a great chair.

purchased this chair in 2021 as my primary office chair. I have been a full-time remote worker since 2011 and have purchased several chairs for my remote office. This chair is by far the best. I live in Florida and really like the mesh seat and back, which provide cool air circulation to my seat and back. So far, I have not experienced any noticeable wear or degradation in functionality. However, I recently had an issue with the gas stem that controls the height of the chair. The gas stem was leaking air very slowly, and I found myself sitting lower and lower throughout the day. I looked up the original order on my Costway account and found a support email address. I explained my issue and within 24 hours I received a response instructing me to provide my address so the manufacturer could send me a replacement gas stem. Another 24 hours later, I received a response with a tracking number for the replacement gas stem. But wait, there's more. The gas stem arrived, and I discovered that it was slightly smaller in diameter than the original, which resulted in a less-than-ideal maximum height for the chair for me. Once again, an email explaining the issue was sent, and the response provided a plausible explanation involving a model year change and a tracking number for a second replacement stem. Oh, it gets better. The next shipment arrived, was tracked to the shipper and a location, and then just disappeared from tracking. I waited a few days, but before I could email again, I received another email with a new tracking number from a different shipper, explaining that the previous shipment had apparently been lost. A few days later, the correct poles arrived, and I replaced the poles following the instructional video provided at the link in the email. Now, if you don't think this is customer service at its best, overcoming several obstacles beyond the control of the customer service rep, then I guess you've lived a blessed life. So, this long story is to support the 5+ star review for the comfort and durability of the chair, and especially the extended (3.5+ year) manufacturer's support for their product. Easy set up, comfy chair

Looks nice enough. But needs more cushioning not comfortable to sit cross legged in. Luckily, it’s just for my son’s room.

This chair is cute and it was easy to put together, but it is not comfortable to sit on for more than an hour. There’s barely any cushioning on it. After ten months of using it, it started to lean to one side when you sit in it.

Love this chair, almost a year with it and would order again. Good for price, but expect the seat to flatten after time if you use often.
