Q: Do they hold up well (not pill)?

A: I've washed mine twice and haven't noticed pilling. I think they do shrink a little bit, but the sheets were a little too big for my queen mattress to begin with, so the shrinking helped the fit

A: No. Do not buy Q for your Full mattress. I also have a full sized bed and own 2 sets of these sheets

I’ve had some jersey sheets which were much softer. Perhaps they will soften over time in the wash. These are a little hotter than I’d like so they’d be nice alternative to flannel when weather is cooler.

Unfortunately I am quite unsatisfied with the quality of these sheets. I washed them as the care instructions instructed and I made sure to only wash them by themselves. Expected quality from Threshold but these aren’t it! Pretty and cute but try another brand. It also stretches and does not look good after a while.
