Q: I want a texture like the old Shabby Chic sheets used to have. I like crisp, not microfiver soft. What are these like?

A: Percale should be crisp unless it has been brushed. I didn't find the answer provided by the Target staff very helpful. I'll order them and return if they are soft. At least they are 300-thread count.

I have a few pairs of the old ones that I’ve had for years and years, and they are still amazing. I love the crispiness, I got the darker blue striped sheets washed them first, and they are awesome, they have elastic in the pockets this time, though to help them stay on your bed better

Q: So, still half the Target staff support answers say there are 2 pillowcases that comes with it...and half say 1 pillow case comes with it. Anyone know for sure?

I bought a great set of shabby chic percale sheets years ago and have been looking for something just like those. And here they are! Nice 100% cotton percale that is thick and crisp. I can't quite describe the elastic stitching is in the corners of the fitted sheet, but somehow these fit my 11 inch mattress snug as a bug. Obviously the clever stitching will accommodate deeper matresses as well. Really pleased! Tempted to hoard.

The sheets are gorgeous and they are awesome. They remind me of the old shabby chic sets from Magnolia way back when target first started selling them. very crisper sheet, and they have elastic that is thick for the pockets so they won’t pull off like a lot of sheets do on my Tempur-pedic mattress.

A heavier sheet that is soft and incredibly breathable! Gives my bedding a more substantial and luxurious feel. Fitted sheet was well made and fits perfectly on a 12" mattress. My only complaint is that they wrinkle of the dryer. I have to iron them. Not a huge deal. I fold the flat sheet in half and iron that way. I do like the feel of crisply ironed pillowcases, so it works out. TBH, best sheets I have ever owned! Been laundered a few times with no fading, pilling, or apparent wear. Highly recommend!!!!

These sheets are fantastic. They are thick and crisp, yet soften when you wash them. I can use the flat sheet as a blanket during the summer when the a/c is a bit too chilly, and I don't get sweaty. The king size fully covers my mattress and almost feels a bit oversized. Fyi the color looks a bit dingy and is not a true white - I'd say it's more like "sour cream". The stripes are printed on one side of the sheet and have no texture, which I actually like. Overall these are far better than my $300 percale sheets, and if they rip I will attempt to repair them because they seem sturdy enough to take a few stitches. If I can't fix them, I'll try to buy another set because I don't ever want to not sleep on these sheets.

I wish I could say good things about these sheets because they are so beautiful. A little wrinkly, but nothing an iron can’t fix. My biggest problem is that they only came with one pillowcase and I didn’t realize until I had already washed the sheets. I’m disappointed because I typically never have problems with items from target.
