Cotton Two-Toned Plush Towel Set - Great Bay Home

These towels were very soft and thick when they arrived. I was surprised that they didn’t leave a ton of lint in the dryer after washing like most new towels seem to. However, after the first wash, the bath towel didn’t soak up water well. It felt like it was just spreading it around. After about four washes, it is getting better. The washcloth is also thick, and works well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good basic towel set, especially if you need one for a guest room! The bath towels are on the short side, and the towels are fairly thin, so we're not using them in our main bathroom. But that said, they are absorbent and versatile.

Washes very nicely and dries without shedding the towel pieces all over. I’m pleasantly surprised with the quality of these. Highly recommend!

I wish the towel was a bit thicker but other then that the size of the towels, washcloths, and hand towels are great. These are quality made and will last a long time!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very excited to receive this new set of towels complimentary in exchange for my honest review; especially since it was on my list of items needing to be replaced. I have mixed feelings on this towel set for one specific reason. They are on the thin side. However, this seemingly negative feature of the set surprisingly turned out to be a positive. I will explain why. I have always had thick poofy cotton towels, so I was naturally a little unsure about the thinness of these since it’s not my norm. However, since we moved to Florida, I had begun to notice that our towels were smelling musty leading me to have to wash them almost every other day if not every day. I realize now that it’s because they are extremely thick and they stay wet far too long throughout the day due to the high humidity values in this location. The thinness on this BH set of towels actually turned out to be a positive thing because they are drying much quicker and eliminating the musty smell. Who would’ve thought a perceived negative could actually turn out to be a positive solution to this problem. At the end of the day, you don’t really need a super thick towel to dry off. I understand some people may require that level of ‘luxury’ in choosing a towel but both options will dry you off! I removed one star because they do not have that ‘luxury’ soft thick appeal, however, they have offered a very practical solution to the issue that a thick towel creates when living in a very humid climate.

Very glad to have these towels! I use them for my gym workouts and they are great! Very soft and durable. Great buy!

The towels had so much lint after washing & drying before use that I had to return it.

I first ordered the 2 large, fluffy Guest Bathroom bath towels from a different site. I loved them so much, I wanted to buy the Hand Towels by the same company. I found them here! They're thick, luxurious & look fabulous with my matching towels. Great way to show off my Guest Bath in my new home!

The texture of the towels was similar to a microfiber cleaning cloth. They were not very thick either. I returned them and purchased the Threshold towels.

These towels are so worth paying a little extra for! They are sooo soft! I do love how there are 2 different colors and there is a little holder so you can hang up easier when drying. I have washed a few times and they are still wonderful! I would definitely recommend!

Burnt orange towels faded in the wash

Love the two tones on this towel because I use one side for my face and the other side for my body. It has hooks on the middle edge of the towel, so you can hang it up wherever. Love that detail :) It looked small in the photos, so I was debating on these, but they’re average sized and shouldn’t be too small for anyone

Having a complete st is great. Very absorbent and love the hanging hook.

I was disappointed when I washed them and the light gray balled up on the dark gray side after first wash…which makes them impossible to use for guests

I just gave my half bath a brand new overhaul. It took a long time to find the perfect hand towels to match my color scheme. I looked in every store and searched endlessly online before coming across Great Bay. I had never heard of Great Bay before so I was kind of excited as the color of the towels were spot on! The picture online looked thick and fluffy and the price was too good to pass up! When my order arrived, the color was perfect, but they were thin. And after one wash and dry, on the gentle cycles, there were snags and strings everywhere that needed to be trimmed. The towels are ok, but my expectations were a lot higher and thought the quality would have been better.

This color of towels are hard to find. Love these towels and can't wait to put them on the towel bar after the bathroom gets remodeled. Now looking for rust or burnt orange color next. My orders are at my home 6/7 days later. Always n time !

I'm putting them to use in our bathroom. They appeal to me because they are neither too thick nor too thin.
