[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Cottonelle GentlePlus Flushable Wipes packaging makes it easy to access the wipes and keeps them from drying out. The wipes are wonderfully soft; so soft that they can easily be torn when handling. The scent is understated and pleasant. I didn’t flush the wipes so I can’t attest to the biodegradability. I find these much better than other wipes I’ve used.

Effective but Tear Easily
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These were a little tricky to pull from the package without ripping. It made a tear in the first few that I pulled but was easier after that. The texture is a medium softness and they have a clean scent. They do tear easily but that is necessary if they are to be flushable. I would recommend these and if dispensing packaging could be improved I’d give 5 stars.

No burning

Not overly scented but could be sturdier

They cleanse well without leaving any lingering perfume. I think I would trade the flushable element for sturdier wipes, though. They do not hold up well and have even tore trying to get them out of the package.

Work great with the light scent
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like these so far they feel pretty good. They definitely are nice because I like to tear them in half and use half a sheet as supposed to a whole sheet because even though all of these products say they are flushable, I really do not trust it, and I would like to send the smallest pieces of paper down my drain as possible so it’s nice that they tear nicely cleanly and evenly. There is a slight scent to these ones if that’s something that concerns you doesn’t really bother me.

We’ve worked with many municipal wastewater operators and plumbers to study the issue of wipes in sewers and treatment systems. What those studies have shown is that up to 99 percent of wipes accumulating in treatment systems are baby wipes, hard-surface cleaning wipes, and other wipes NOT designed to be nor marketed as “flushable.” These types of wipes do not dissolve while our flushable wipes are specially formulated to make sure they get you clean with ease, but also immediately start to breakdown after flushing and are sewer and septic safe. Would be a much better product if they didn’t tear
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I kind of liked these but I was not a fan of how easily they rip. When you try to pull them out they just tear. My whole family prefers to use flushable wipes when the desire to be cleaner is important . We have used another brand for several years but I’m always open to trying new products. They tear though unless you put them over some toilet paper, to me that’s wasteful there soft and they get the job done. I just don’t think they’re very. They almost have a stretchy field in them, but they literally tear through when you’re trying to use them. I do like the package design better than the current product I use. I gave them a try, but I don’t think I’ll purchase them.

Worst “Gentle” Wipes Ever – Caused a Terrible Rash
I’ve used wipes my entire life and never had a single problem—until these. Cottonelle “GentlePlus” wipes are anything but gentle. Within days, I had a raging rash that burned, itched, and made me think something was seriously wrong with me. I was so miserable I actually had to go to a doctor—completely humiliating. All from something that’s supposed to be gentle and soothing because it has aloe? Yeah, right. These things are garbage. I can’t believe I wasted my money on them, and I honestly want a refund. They caused me weeks of pain and months of discomfort. Save yourself the misery and stay far, far away from these wipes.

Whether it be after a workout, activities, using the restroom, menstrual fluids, it aids in leaving you feeling fresh. They have a clean scent, it also soothes with aloe, chamomile, and Vitamin E. Clean up is as simple as using the wipe, in the convenience of your own home or on the go. I do appreciate effectiveness of the product. While they do say they’re flushable, plumber approved, breaks down like toilet paper in 30 minutes, I still wouldn’t take that risk. Placing them in a rubbish bin is efficient. Cottonelle is my go to product of choice.

They flush easy and does not seem to be causing any issues with the septic system. The package is small enough that I can carry in my purse when I go to town.
