I prefer this brand to Swanson's Premium or Kal's. In my opinion it has better consistency comparing to Swanson's and is more suitable for sublingual use than Kal's DHEA (hard tablets). I was just as happy with Enzymatic Therapy's Youthful You DHEA, unfortunately this strength (or 20 mg) was not available. Since it is packed in glass containers the shipping fee might be a little higher.
