Pretty Solid Supplement

I would recommend this vitamin to anyone with memory problems.
To evaluate definitely is difficult due to this vitamin was recommended for memory. However, I feel it has been an improvement because my wife’s memory has gotten better, and I feel it’s because of this vitamin.

It took a while for kick in, but after that, it was worth the wait. I am very satisfied with product results. I will continue with this supplementation to help me keep up with my schedule. Personal recommendation: do it with empty stomach for best results. Excellent product from Swanson's.

Settled my emotions
A friend going through a difficult time recommended this product for which she was paying a fortune from another source than Swanson's. I tried it, taking it before breakfast and before lunch as recommended. I believe that it helped me cope with a period of emotional upset. As a result, I take it now only before breakfast, and then before lunch if I am under stress. If I take it in the afternoon or evening, it does keep me awake.
