Yeast-Free Selenium
Country Life's Yeast-Free Selenium is an excellent quality of selenium in the form of L-selenomethionine. I feel good that I'm taking a quality product that isn't wasting my money. Also, these tablets are almost wafer-thin, small in size, and really easy to get down your throat. The 100mcg size is also a really good choice for dosing. It is a good recommended daily dosage size, or you can very easily cut it down to fit whatever dosing you need if you need either less or more. Need 50mcg? Cut it in half. 150mcg? Take 1 1/2 tabs. And finally, it is extremely cost-efficient and comes in quality amber-colored glass bottles along with Country Life's excellent reputation; what more could you want?
