Perfect calcium/magnesium ratio
This particular formula of calcium/magnesium is very well absorbed and I can feel its calming effects. It also helps me with arthritis pain and all kinds of discomfort. I have been taking it for decades and there’s nothing like it.

I use it daily when I can not find Dolomite. This is one of the better formulations for absorbance of the minerals. Just also take vitamin d3 for best uptake. Dolomite has more minerals but is difficult to find.

Best calcium/msupplement
I have used this supplement for years. I used to work at a vitamin store and this is by far the best calcium/magnesium I have found. You can walk into a drug store, and find something cheaper but what kind of quality and absorption will you get with that? Many calcium supplements are made with cheap calcium carbonate, which is a crude and not easy to absorb substance. This has an excellent blend of easily absorb-able minerals. If you go to your doctor and ask about calcium supplements they won't tell you that you also need magnesium with your calcium. This doesn't have vitamin D which is also needed but you can easily buy that separately. Swanson has an excellent D-3 supplement. Calcium and magnesium are large minerals so that's why they are large pills. I just chew these because it is hard for me to swallow them whole. They don't have a bad taste. Country Life offers a very quality mineral supplement here and I'm happy that Swanson carries it at such a great price!!!

Good product
There are many calcium supplements which require up to 6 tablets a day. What I like most about this supplement is that it only requires 2 a day. I have not taken a bone density test yet so I don' t know effective it is.

The Right Thing
The Calcium and Magnesium in this product are in a well absorbed form, are in amounts I need and are in proper ratio to each other. Besides that, buying it from Swanson Vitamins, I get a much better price than I've found elsewhere.

Doesn't Dissolve
I put a tablet of this product in water to see how long it would take to dissolve. After 48 hours the tablet only dissolved 50%. I even added some apple cider vinegar to see how long it would dissolve with some acid in the mix (to replicate our stomachs). The tablet still did not dissolve after sitting in the solution for another 24 hours. Needless to say, I returned the product and ordered calcium citrate a very quick dissolving calcium which dissolves in water almost the instant you put it in. Don't sell this product on your website!!!
