Effective and easy to install.
Easy to install. Seems to be working just fine. Most of the time my unit runs at low speed. It speeds up when we cook and then settle down shortly afterwards. Removes pet odours effectively.

Filter doesn’t last
The custom filter, green allergy, lasted little over 3 months, instead of the 6 months. At this rate, I could buy a new unit. Don’t recommend.

Replacement filter set.
Filters were packaged well and fit the unit perfectly. The air was noticeably better by the next day.

Quality filter = Better life
I love my Coway air purifier. We smoke indoors and have pets, so we got the smoke HEPA filter to reduce the smoke in addition to having open windows + fans. It works very well and keeps the air clean. Friends who say they have cat allergies don't have any issues while they're over because there isn't dander around the air like there was. I love it and want to have it forever.

I have mixed feelings on my Coway air purifier. I never received instructions or a users manual with my purchase, and do need to guess on when to replace filters. Also, the light on top right sometimes switched from blue to deep pink. I have family members who were effected by fires in Southern California early this year, and one of them recommended Coway over another brand. I would hope to keep using mine!

Quite amazing what this little filter takes out of the air. We have an older home so it isn’t quite as airtight as newer homes. It does make a difference.

Filters smell
I've been using a Coway air purifier for years without problem but when I purchased the new filter replacements, it has a smell to it. I put it in and it filled up my place with a musty, chemical smell that didn't feel safe to breathe in. I've moved it to another room and have it running with the door closed and window open but I really don't think you should have to offgas the new filters for an air purifier. Very annoyed.

chemical odor
filter gives off chemical smell. spouse could not tolerate even after hours of use. Are now chucking at least 2 of our 200m units. already replace with puroair which do not smell

Never received the filters!!!

I was glad I could get a replacement in case anything happens to my filter. I do wipe it clean weekly which keeps the purification working

Filter replacement
It has been about a year since I bought my Airmega AP-1512HH(W). The manual says to replace the odor filter every six months and the HEPA filter every 12 months. My odor light came on a few days ago so I need a new filter. Unfortunately, you can't buy just the odor filter. You have to buy the HEPA filter as well. At this rate, I will be stacking up HEPA filters as I have to order the odor filter more often. It would be nice if one could just purchase the odor filter, even if it is a two pack. Other than that, great machine.
