NiftyCASE takes either DIN-MIDI from any DIN-MIDI device or USB-MIDI from computer and turns it into eurorack compatible CV, gate, mod and clock signals. The main board stopped working after 9 days of light use. Cre8audio Customer Support was quick to offer some suggestions for resolving the issue, and offered to send me a replacement that I would have to install myself. When none of their suggestions worked, I asked them to send me the replacement board. 4 days later, I had to email again to find out if they had shipped it and was told "Sorry. We're trying to get the tracking number from our US partners". 2 days later, I emailed to find out if they had any updates. No response. 4 days after THAT, I emailed again to get an update. Again, no response. No replacement part. No communication from their Support department. $200 for a item that worked for 9 days. 11 days (and counting) waiting for confirmation that they're sending me the replacement part they promised. Will never buy from them again.
