The amount of tooth paste in a regular tube keeps getting less and less. I feel like I am now going through a tube in half the time than previously. Besides being annoying, it raises the question of double the packaging waste. Wish Crest would just raise the price rather than playing these games. Too good a product to be doing a switch and bait. Urg!

Your toothpaste may seem to not be full due to air pockets, but we can assure you that our tubes are filled by weight to make certain our consumers receive the full amount of toothpaste. The main reason for these air pockets is that the toothpaste is filled into the tube via the crimped end, which needs to be sealed afterwards. The airspace ensures that the product is not in contact with the crimp during the sealing process. There is no air pressed into the tube intentionally. I have recently noticed that they have not been filling their tubes up. They make you think it’s full but if you feel it carefully you’ll notice there are lots of pockets of air. Even when you first open the tube you can see how much less toothpaste there is in the tube. I am looking for a new toothpaste where I get actual product and not air!

Due to a medication I took when I was a kid my adult teeth naturally came in very dull and between normal life + a cup of coffee most mornings it’s very hard for me to get them to brighten up. However, I’m seeing results after a few weeks of consistent use with this toothpaste which is awesome!! I normally use a different Crest toothpaste with whitening agents but not quite as strong. I’m not experiencing any sensitivity from this toothpaste so I will probably continue to buy it myself once my free sample runs out.
