I haven't been consistent with doing it frequently, but I like that the whitener isn't harsh on my gums and that the instructions say you can do it up to 4x a day. Not sure how much the enhancing light helps, but I would definitely recommend the pen applicator.

Super easy to use and the light application automatically goes off after 5 minutes which is super convenient. The liquid dries in about a minute. After only 2 weeks, my teeth looked stronger! Then simply paint your teeth with the pen. After a half hour use the led light, which stays on for 5 minutes. Use twice a day. I did notice a slight difference in my teeth after 2 weeks, but I don’t see anymore difference after 4 weeks. The light died after 4 weeks, and you cannot replace the battery. They should make the light either rechargeable, or with replaceable batteries. I didn’t have any sensitivity or adverse affects. It has a light toothpaste flavor. Not overpowering. I had been wanting to try the pen for a long time, and wasn’t as impressed as I hoped I’d be. A friend did notice my teeth and mentioned they looked whiter.

This was a great deal, the packaging is so shiny it’s like it’s yelling “try me!!” The flavor is subtle, usually it bothers me if it’s too much but this was perfect.

The device goes into the mouth and is easy to hold (and not heavy), and turns itself off automatically after the recommended treatment time. The gel is meant to brighten and reduce stains, and it did a decent job of lifting my coffee stains and lightening my teeth about one level. If used regularly, I suspect it would help maintain tooth brightness, but I don’t think it’s really going to affect long-term staining or changes in color like an office visit can. I brushed my teeth first than applied the gel. The first time I had to twist the bottom about 10 full times to get the product to start coming out. I used the included light which took about 5 minutes and then waited 30 minutes before eating or drinking. The gel feels and tastes similar to a fluoride treatment at the dentist. I’m definitely seeing a brighter whiter smile. The minty flavor did mildly upset my sensitive stomach .

My review is one star because for the crest whitening gel has not been effective for me. I tried all whitening factors, but still yellow are my teeth. I usually drink tea, but I stopped for awhile, just to see any results on my teeth. I very disappointed. I wanted to save money, so possibly I'll give the dentist a try..
