Q: can this be used on a 14 years old kid?
A: I would say that this product would be for people 11 and over.Anyone under 11 would probably not be mature enough and would not work the best.Hope this could help and yes a 14 year old can use this.

Q: Can one top & one bottom white strip be used only once a month just for maintainance?

No, you can spread usage of the kits out over the year, or even use one kit straight after another, so long as you don't exceed a total of 2 kits per year (one 3D White Supreme Flexfit kit + one other 3D White kit, or two 3D White Kits (not Supreme Flexfit). Although, Crest 3D White Daily Whitening Serum may be used between Crest Whitestrips treatments to help maintain whitening results. Q: How is the current formula different than the original formula released to market? Is there more or less hydrogen peroxide? There use to be 24 strips per treatment. Is the new formula more potent?
A: There are 10 total treatments which means there are 10 Whitestrips total. There has been no formula change. Be sure to follow the usage instructions.
