I only did three rounds of treatments, at which point my teeth were adequately whitened and I was starting to feel some sensitivity in one tooth. I ended up using only 7 of the 10 days (saving 3 for before an Event I have coming up in a couple of weeks) It says to use them only Twice a year so they must be pretty potent but I had no sensitivity to them either! Truly an amazing difference. TWO THUMBS UP. I wish I took a Before & After Photo.
