A: I don't avoid coffee, but I do rinse my mouth with water really well right after finishing a cup.

It may be helpful to know that research shows our Whitestrips are effective for people who have stains from coffee, tea, dark sodas, red wine and even a few fruits and vegetables which are proven causes of discolored teeth. If you continue to use staining substances such as these, your teeth may discolor again.

I was impressed with the sticking power of these. They didn't have that slimy slippery feel and stuck well to my teeth the entire time I had them on. I haven't been able to test them for long enough to know how effectively they whiten, but so far so good.
Easy, good progress and a brand I continue to use.

I have sensitive teeth and have used similar products in the last and these are pretty good and effw tive for me. I saw a small difference while using then and I think I will continue to do so, so I expect good results. I like that they are individually packaged, but the box is not big

I read the instructions and this is something that is easy to apply. I make sure to put a timer and then take it off. I like to rinse and if necessary just brush my teeth again. I feel like I’ve noticed a difference. It is easy to use and would definitely recommend.

Gently tuck the Whitestrip in the spaces between your teeth with your fingernail, and fold the excess behind your teeth. You can also try drying your teeth with a paper towel or breathing in, then applying the strip to your dry teeth. That should help them stick better. Sometimes, with stubborn stains, it may take two boxes of Whitestrips to achieve your desired level of whitening. You leave them on for 45 minutes which can be a bit long. Especially since in my case they got pretty foamy - making it hard to use while working. They were super easy to put on my top teeth, but my bottoms aren't as straight and they kept sliding around. They never fully came off though, until I took them off. I will say I noticed a brighter smile after the first few treatments.

Sometimes they don’t work as evenly as I’d like, but I think that has a lot to do with your enamel so if you’re someone who has worn yours out over time just be weary of that. They didn’t cause much sensitivity with me like the older ones used to so that was nice. I think overall it was good for the cost.

I used the originals back when they first came out and although they worked, they did make my teeth even more sensitive -so I was stoked when I had the chance to try these that are specifically made for sensitive teeth! All you have to do is apply them once a day, for 45 mins a day, for 7 days and you will see results! If you need or want whiter teeth without the high cost at a dentist office whitening treatment- you should definitely give these a try! Thanks influenster and great for letting me try them!

The packaging is okay, I felt the box is too big for the amount of strips in it. The value is okay for the product. The strips performed well and I did see my teeth get whiter the more I used the strips.
