I’ve been struggling with wanting whiter teeth for awhile now. Since using these I’ve seen a drastic change in my teeth coloration. These are simple and easy to use and works exactly how I expected them to. I love these!!

I do prefer the Express ones that should be taken off after 30 minutes and these require 60, but that’s just because I like snacks. This is a 3-week course but I don’t have 30 years of stains to remove, so I have been using for maintenance. Be warned that these will make your teeth sensitive, so make sure you’re brushing with a sensitivity-reducing toothpaste before and after using these!

The only issue is that if you don’t get them on just right, the taste of them makes you gag. But it’s pain before beauty right? Lol! My teeth also felt pretty sensitive after using but by mid day felt better. I had to do every other day because of it making my teeth sensitive!

The only thing I don’t like about these ones is that you have to wear for one hour. I prefer the ones that are express for 30 minutes. However, these do the job. Love them!

I drink coffee everyday and usually one dark soda, so my teeth are slightly yellow. After the first few uses I noticed my teeth were whiter. I have sensitive gums, but these do not irritate them at all. You get a full months worth in the box and they are super simple to use! Only downside is keeping them on for an hour, that can feel like a long time, but if you can incorporate it while you’re getting ready in the mornings it doesn’t seem so long!

The box does suggest that you use the strips every day for an hour for 30 days. I used the strips three times on my top teeth and twice on the bottom. They have given my bottom teeth irritation both times. The next day after sleeping, my bottom teeth feel agitated. I took off a star for this. After a couple of days they do feel better, but this isn’t worth me continuing trying to whiten them. The top has been ok, so I may use the strips to continue whitening on the top only. I do like that the strips are thin and a bit like having a piece of tape over the teeth. Very comfortable. I have custom trays with whitener from the dentist. Those are more bulky and sometimes get annoying so I have had to take them off early before. No issues with the strips as they are so thin. They did seem to whiten my teeth, even after short use, and did so without making splotches where my teeth have some decalcification. I would recommend these to anyone that does not have super sensitive teeth.

Despite being on top of my dental care, all of the coffee I drink inevitably stains my teeth. Crest Whitestrips are an easy, convenient, effective, and affordable way to whiten my teeth. I love that the strips are individually packaged and stay adhered to my teeth without any gooey mess. I highly recommend taking before and after photos, since it can be hard to see just how much whiter your teeth are without a proper comparison. The only thing I’ll say is that it’s nearly impossible to see what the differences are between different lines, such as Age Renew versus Professional Effects, etc. Adding those details would make it easier to decide which of the strips to buy. That aside, highly recommend this and plan on being a customer for life!
