Crosley Brio Shelf System Vinyl Record Player - Bluetooth, 3-Speed Turntable

My Crosley Brio arrived yesterday and I was so excited to use it. It worked perfectly for maybe 2 hours and then all of a sudden the sound of the record started to slow. I thought it was weird but maybe I had been playing it too long. Tried it again today and the sound is still slow and, now the speakers are so quiet. They are barely putting out any sound. I tried every troubleshooting option that I could find online- double checking the speed, replugging in all the cables, changing the needle, making sure the belt was connected, cleaning the record. Nothing is working. It’s brand new. I’m so disappointed.

Just bought this last week and it’s beautiful. Simple, elegant and great sound.

Aesthetically it’s nice, but the sound quality is severely lacking. It sounds almost muffled and unequalized. Tried different records and the Bluetooth option and it was all the same. Ended up returning it.

Quality of speakers, not good. My album sounds strained. I wish ,I could order better speakers.

I am in love with this record player! Not only does it sound amazing, it’s aesthetically pleasing! The bluetooth feature works great and the records sound crystal clear! This has surpassed all of my expectations and I’m so glad I made this purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly, I don't think the audio is any better than some of the cheaper Crosley players, but I do like the simplicity of the design and the setup. The wood looks a little less yellow in person, maybe even more gray, but that's not a deal breaker. I like it for social gatherings because it matches the rest of my decor.

As a kid I would visit her and she would have a record player right in the middle of the living room. While this one doesn’t compare in size it’s a good starting out record player for ones trying to get into listening to records. I love the white oak colored wood, it does give off vintage vibes with the little speakers that attach to it. That being said I have heard better players out there. This is a great one to start with and work your way up. The vinyls fit perfectly and the player itself is not too large. You can display it out or put it away as it’s small enough to put away. I do recommend though! There is something so nostalgic about record players!
