This is the second one I bought (both with coupon $100 each). The first one went through two storms, brief but strong. The first storm it survived, the second it didn't. The loss of a 'star' is not because of this (you are even told in the description it will not survive a storm) it is because of the cut out 'air vent'. This may make sense if it was completely walled up on all sides but it's not . . . it's open and all the air vent is good for is to allow you to be dripped on during a light rain. Crown . . . lose the vent. I wouldn't know about taking this to the beach or anywhere else. I bought it for a somewhat permanent location on my back uncovered patio. I drilled the concrete and installed 4 lag bolts. They worked well. The color shown, in my opinion is what you will receive. This was on a flat smooth surface but I can see how the adjustable legs could be a benefit in some situations. Once out of the box and ready for set-up it took my wife and I about ten minutes at a relaxed pace to have it complete with cover secured. That 10 minutes does not include the time it took to move our outside table under it, sit down and have a cold one. If we should have another freak storm it is likely I would purchase the same thing again. . . hopefully without the air vent.

I do outdoor markets and live in a very windy area. I needed a sturdy canopy and one that is easy for a five-foot-three woman with arthritis to set up. This fits the bill! It does help if you have two people, but it can be set up and taken down by a single person--it just takes a bit longer, but it's still a fast set up! I got sand bags to attach to the legs, and so far it has held up wonderfully in windy weather, and even windy weather with some rain. It has built-in red clips that easily attach to the canopy on the sides to help keep rain from building up on top of the canopy, and that was one of the selling points that I saw other reviewers discussing and what ultimately made me choose this canopy over some of the other similar ones I was looking at. I'm super happy with this purchase and with how easy it is to put up and take down.

This tent is great! It's easy to pop up and take down. Seems to be made very well!
