[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this for review and used it for several days. It is sharp and the carry clip was nice. I used it primarily to cut string and cordage. In that use it worked well. I didn't have opportunity to cut anything heavier than paracord, so I can't comment on its ability to cut rope. The build quality is decent. The handle has rubber on the edges. The sheath and belt clip are plastic. I'm not sure of its long term durability. Having said that it is a nice product and usefulbin an environment where you can't carry a knife.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thus is a handy little special purpose blade. It's dual cutting edges provide ambidextrous utility. It's finger-slotted grip enables many different gripping options. The sheath is well designed and allows for attaching a lanyard between knife and sheath. The rotating clip is a weak point and is my only complaint. It is easily detached, due to the weak split pivot point, that in theory should spread into the locking grooves and hold sheath tight to a belt or strap. I can envision this little blade not just in use by surface fishermen but I see it as a great little tool for divers and snorkeleers diving wrecks with fishing line entanglements.

My daughter found another use for it, she braids para cord constantly and found a better way to cut the cord safely with this knife. Now the knife has disappeared from my vest.
