Q: What is the clearance for Travel Mugs? Can I use a 7" mug, is it taller or shorter?
A: The clearance is just under 7 inches. However, I use my taller travel mug every day and just hold it at an angle. I love this machine!

Q: Is the plastic in the filter cup, filter, capsule holder, and any other part that hot water touches BPA free?
A: Is it free of other PFAS?

Q: Is there any restrictions for the type of coffee you can use? Dark, medium. I know I had an $800 De’ Longhi that they said not to use dark because of the oiliness of the coffee.
A: Hello- There is not, but keep in mind darker roast beans are oilier which will require the grinder to be cleaned more option.
