Q: What is the clearance for Travel Mugs? Can I use a 7" mug, is it taller or shorter?

A: The clearance is just under 7 inches. However, I use my taller travel mug every day and just hold it at an angle. I love this machine!

Put a coffee pod in, ready to have my 1st cup of coffee water pump quit working never got a cup of coffee. It is now packaged and ready to be sent back For a full refund.

This machine makes a mess. If you use the grinder, it does not stop soon enough and will over fill the cup. When you pull it out to insert it into the brew chamber, The excess grounds will spill everywhere. Just what you want to do before work in the morning. OR you will get a short cup of coffee while using a pod. The coffee will stop dispensing so you think it's done. When you open the chamber the over pressurized pod will erupt in your face, potentially spraying you with scalding hot water and coffee grounds. If you're lucky, the coffee pod will simply explode while inside the brewchamber and send hot coffee and ground all over the interior of the brew chamber. Another monday morning chore before your commute. When it does work, the coffee from the grinder is weak. The jet of water drills a hole straight down through the coffee grinds and after the initial dispense, you can see the fluid being dispensed into the cup hasn't touched any coffee. Do yourself a favor and stick with Keurig. This machine is junk.

It does make a little bit of a mess with coffee grinding, but nothing I really mind. The water reservoir is small, but OK for my purposes. Still better than the personal Keurig I was using for years. I have not tried to use it with K cups yet.

We purchased extra ground beans filter and holders to keep up with morning coffee needs.

The first one leaked water all over the counter when received and was returned and replaced. The second one lasted about two years and then quit pumping water. On my third for which I have high hopes that it will last a reasonable amount of time. For reference, I had a Remington iCoffee maker which I have to my son, it is over 10 years old and still working!

I am not pleased with the coffee maker. I’m getting a residue at the bottom of my coffee cup. I did not have that with the other model that was discontinued. I wanted to return item but I couldn’t find a coffee maker similar to the previous one. So I ordered filters for the container that the coffee beans are grind into. I’m still working with the process ☹️

I bought this about 5 months ago. I like having the the grinder. Main reason for buying. But, using the pod option alone , the coffee is way too strong. In any cup size. The single serve coffee grinder to make a cup of coffee is ok. It does leave a residue in the bottom of your cup of coffee. My husband liked it, he likes strong coffee. I got used to it. But not the residue from using the ground coffee. About a couple weeks ago the button to push to grinder for the beans doesn't work, unless you press it almost 10 times. So, I'm not using it now. Probably need to contact the company about my warranty on it.

I like the design and use it in my office for 100% fresh ground Kona each morning. I would rank it a 4 out of 5. The two items I noticed were: 1. It's difficult to fill the hopper because of the grinder in the middle. And, I have not found any kind of funnel that would fit to help prevent spills, and 2. the grinder basket is twice the size of a regular k-cup. It would be nice to fill a single kcup screen without manually starting and stopping the grinder. But, overall, I am enjoying it.
