Curlsmith Curl Conditioning Oil in Cream is a leave-in conditioner that moisturizes, hydrates and makes curls shine with health. This super rich cream is excellent for twist outs, braids, wash & go, LOC or LCO method. Great primer for styling products. Doesn’t flake, non-greasy, non-crunchy.

Curlsmith has designed the Oil-in-Cream to be buttery, so a little goes a long way. It works great on coarse, high porosity or very dry hair, and it will infuse the curls with nourishing goodness. You can use it on its own or as a primer before styling.

Overpowering Scent
This has been a favorite! Unfortunately the company seems to ramp up the fragrance with each release and now I can barely stand to use it. Even friends have commented on how strong it is. Please lighten the scent by about 80%!

Healthy Hair Maintenance

Dried hair out
I love the curl soufflé they have but this cream made my hair SO dry. So did the curl defining spray, AND the conditioner. I get good results as far as my waves go but concerned about how healthy it is. My hair feels like straw. Specifically using this

Perfect for dry climates

I'm so thankful to God for this moisturizer, it's definitely my go to and when Ulta puts it on sale, I try to stock up on it. Although the price is a bit pricey, I'm still an active fan and user.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product itself is really good, it makes a huge difference to the feel and look of my hair after use. I use it every other wash, so normally once a week. It’s not my favourite of Curlsmith’s products for aroma, as personally I find it a little overwhelming but the effect on my hair is worth it. The only issue is with getting it out of the bottle, it’s consistency means I’m fighting to get enough out to make any difference and once I have slippery hands, it only gets harder.

Not oily or sticky and leaves hair looking very smooth and frizz free. For me, however, I do have to add an oilier product to the ends to keep those down. I prefer this cream to the spray.

16 oz bottle does not work
Product is too dense for the 16 oz bottle-I cannot get it out of the bottle to use. It is very frustrating. How did they not do a product test before putting it on the market?
