Dart Zone Max Omnia Pro Ultimate Battery Foam Dart Blaster Gen 2 with 30 Darts

Gen 2 pulled from shelves due to delayed firing when trigger is pulled and mis-aligned fly-wheels. I waited a few months to see if problem was corrected and bought 2. Both had the same problems. Dartzone is trying to sell these for $80 and they don't work right out of the box or they will stop working shortly after. Don't buy this blaster!

If I were to make any complaint(s) about this product it would be: 1. Having to use a screw driver each to remove and install the battery for charging. 2. Lack of a foregrip or the ability to add one. 3. No original manufacturer option to buy a second battery. (Charging is a bit slow) 4. The flywheel motor still revs in the zero/off position. 5. Definitely not for the little kids.

I've owned this blaster for a few months (ordered when the second run of this blaster came out) and I am very happy with it, despite a few initial issues. Pros: This blaster hits reliably hard on the included 2S lithium-ion battery. On a borrowed chronograph, it was in line with YouTube reviews (165-170fps) and the wheels were correctly aligned. There is no shot lag in full auto mode and fires the entire 15 round mag in 2 seconds, averaging about 7.5 darts per second. The speed these darts fly and the rate of fire are unbelievable from a blaster that a major retailer sells with no modification necessary. The blaster also fires relatively far and straight, which is never a given with a flywheel blaster. Cons: My blaster came with a battery that had a dead cell, which I caught when I tried to charge the first time. I reached out to dart zone via their website and they sent out a replacement within 2 weeks during the holidays. Quirks: There a few things that don't fit into cons, but are more like quirks of the platform and are obvious once pointed out. The first quirk is that this is not a platform for young kids; do not give a young child this blaster, as it hits WAY too hard for them. The age on the box (+14) is there for a reason and those that complain otherwise should take note. The other quirk is the single and burst fire modes: there is a lag in the dart firing (likely) due to the dart pusher design (which YouTube reviewers have shown). The delay is around 0.5 seconds or so when you initially pull the trigger the first time. The lag does not exist under full auto however. Overall, I love this blaster and fills a wonderful niche in my collection: A full auto primary class flywheel blaster from a national retailer that is ready to go when you get it. Full auto at this rate and for this price is something else.
