This is by far the best dish soap ever made love this fragrance it has like a therapeutic effect ☺️ on the fragrance i actually enjoy cleaning dishes just because of the fragrance and of course the effectiveness of dissolving grease so please don't stop making this product I will continue to purchase it for life. Smelly sponge
For some reason Dawn dish soap makes my sponges smell writhing days of switching to it. The jasmine smell is also really overpowering. Solely using it for laundry stains now.

Good product, bad design
The product is great but the bottle is not. I’ve been purchasing this and using it to refill my old bottle of Dawn that sits upright. I do not like this new upside down bottle design that leaks soap onto the countertop.

We're so sorry to hear the EZ-Squeeze bottle has been leaking, Sophie. Please know, there are many quality checks in place to ensure only the best products reach you. Sometimes this can happen if you live in a high altitude area. To prevent this, you can loosen the cap to release the pressure then re-tighten it back on the bottle. Then give the bottle one big squeeze onto a sponge or into the sink for about 2 seconds. We always recommend storing the bottle with the cap side down. Caused rashes

Leaves mildew stink on my sponge
Every time I use dawn products (blue) it immediately makes my sponges smell like mildew. I haven’t tried this one before so I thought maybe it would be different. Nope. One day later and my scrub mommy reeks of mildew. Mrs Meyers never does this. Why does Dawn?

We're so sorry to learn that you’re having the experience you've described, Missy, as your satisfaction is incredibly important to us. Our lab tells us that a smelly slime-like feel can accumulate on sponges and dishcloths if left in standing water. If this is similar to what you’re sharing, it may help to know you can clean a smelly sponge, using a hot water/detergent/bleach blend. To prevent it happening, try adding the dish soap to hot running water (115 Degrees F/47 Degrees C), then swish the water gently to disperse the detergent throughout the water BEFORE adding dishes and don't allow the sponge to soak in dish water. Great product
The squeeze bottle is very helpful for washing dishing. When you have a dish in hand and don't want to struggle to open the regular cap. You can just squeeze the amount of soap you need and put it back. Also helpful for quick access to the soap. Would buy again.
