[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were given the opportunity to try this Flash Speed Force Runner. Its an electronic shin guard that projects lights and sounds and activates every time your feet touch the ground! If you know my kid, you know she loves to dress up. She also loves superheros. She has the masks, she has the capes, the costumes, the jackets. So why not light up, shin guards that make sounds when you run? We tested them in a few different environments. The adjustable straps makes it easy to put on. The lights and sounds are pretty cool. As a parent I appreciate you can turn the sound off by holding and pressing the button down on the top of the guards. It took a bit for her to get used to though. The placement of the battery pack she said made it uncomfortable and awkward to run in. She did enjoy watching the lights though when we moved to a dark space. Shes undecided on if this is something she would use regularly strictly because of the comfort level.

With the adjustable straps, making it easy to fit everyone and the fun light effects and sounds you feel like you truly become the super hero. My only downfall of the product is the sound is a little bit loud and the lights are pretty bright but you can just leave either turned on and off as each shin guard does different effects.

Our daughter is a big fan of super heros so these shin guards were right up her alley. They were easy to put on and since they are adjustable there were no issues with them coming off as she moved around. Although they didn't give her the extra speed she was hoping for, she certainly had a lot of fun with them. They light up and make noise each time her feet hit the ground. They have already provided many hours of fun while encouraging imaginative play. She can't wait to wear them out and about on the playground! Great product!

He had the opportunity to play with The Flash Speed Force Runner Shin Guards by Spinmaster and I'm pretty sure these made him even faster. This toy is pretty cool, it lights up and makes sounds every time he takes a step and is perfect for his active imagination. They're lightweight, easy to put on & take off with the velcro straps and the batteries are even included. I may have to get him a complete outfit for this one since he loves playing with it so much.

He has been enjoying putting them on and speeding all over the house lol. My only issue is the sizing, the straps are too big for his legs so we have to stuff it. Also, they should have put some kind of cushion on the area that touches the skin because it can be rough and chaffs my son's shins. Overall, he loves it!

Upon receiving this toy, my daughter wanted to try it on right away and then just ran circles around the house. Great toy that encourages children to be active.

My son tried them on first and the amount of excitement and happiness cannot be described. Both of my children have this illusion that it does make them faster and that is what makes them even more happy about this product. I love seeing the joy on their faces with the lights and sounds .
