Bought this for my grandson and the light up feature worked for 2 hours. Changed the battery and still doesn't work. Will be returning to the store.

Bought this for Christmas 2023 for my Grandson. The light doesn't work properly. Changed the batteries and the light still doesn't work properly. I was going to return the mask but the box that the mask came in was thrown out so my Grandson is stuck with this mask that the light doesn't work properly

Skip it - buy one that doesnt have special features OR remove the battery before they know it's SUPPOSED to light up.
Looks really neat in the store and for about an hour after it’s opened. The light up function doesn’t operate properly. As many others we replaced the battery thinking it was the problem - nope. Absolute garbage toy for small children. For $10 or less I would say that’s what you pay for but at a retail price of over $20? Definitely not what one should expect.

I thought the battery was dead when mask didn’t light up when lifted. I put a new battery in, it lit up, put it all back together, but when I would lift the mask, it would not light up. Would have been cool if the light worked all the time, but my son lost the mask to his iron man costume so it works out.
