We needed a shelf for a very specific purpose and this worked beautifully
We needed a shelf that we could mount a couple inches above the headboard of our kid's beds so they had a place to set their nightly reads, tablets, reading glasses, etc. It needed to be long and not too deep and have a lip so things did not slip off and land on them. This shelf checked all the boxes. Installation was easy. Super happy.

I purchased two shelves to put them together but they arrived warped and discolored so when placed side-by-side the two shelves don't align, making for a disconnected and cheap aesthetic look.

I ordered three of these and none of them were the same height or length. You can also see where it is screwed into the wall so unless you want to see that you’ll need to specifically place things to cover it. I returned all three.

Love this, does the job and is beautiful. I ended up using smaller anchor screws than the ones provided because they were huge- and I’m in an apartment but it’s holding up just fine since it’s lightweight. It’s got more of a natural gold finish - in the sense that you can get the texture imperfections in the wood- which would be unlike a brass one which one be a different texture.

Shelves look great and good quality. They are deep enough to hold a few rows of kids books or picture frames. Only issue is they don't come with the screws to hang them! I now need to go to the hardware store. I've never bought something made for the wall that doesn't come with necessary items to hang. Caught me off guard.
