Opened the package and noticed there are two defects on top of the shelf, one if it has glue on. This makes me think that they know there was a chip and was trying to fix it. Very disappointed with the quality control.

Terrible mounting supplies
Giving this a 2 stars because the shelf itself is beautiful. However the wall anchors damaged my walls. The anchors themselves are two completely different sizes on top and bottom, it could not be properly screwed into the wall the way the manual says. Two of them ended up breaking halfway into the wall and left the surrounding wall swollen and bulging out. I used a stud finder prior to installation. Very disappointed.

Missing Hardware every 3 times
This is a beautiful shelf, I love the wooden texture. However, for some reason, this never comes with the mounting hardware. I noticed the 24” one does include hardware and this one doesn’t which makes it very frustrating to hang. I wish they would address this because I’ve bought this specific shelf in stores three times already

Missing mounting brackets

They look pretty nice.
I wish they would make a little modification to this to change the way, the two screws that hold the wood to the metal frame work. The way it goes you can only screw them in from the bottom. They should make an option to be able to screw the screws in from the top because you don’t wanna always see two screw holes from the bottom. You’ll see. They seem pretty secure though without it, but they added security would be nice of having that option. It shouldn’t cause a problem, but you’ll see what I mean.
