The included spot markers take the guesswork out of getting your art, picture or mirror hung in just the right spot. Each drywall picture hanger is reusable, so you can redecorate with new room decor or office decor. To remove, slide a flathead screwdriver between the hanger and the wall, then gently pull away. Command™ strips can adhere to metal surfaces (as long as the metal is smooth, clean, and dry), but we always recommend following the surface preparation instructions on the packaging for the best results. Waste of time and money
This did not work at all. The mounting strips are basically Velcro strips. Don’t waste your money.

Waste
I dislike them because they don’t work. I did exactly what it stated to do wipe the wall. Let it dry. Put it on my frame that was not even 2 pounds. I put five of them and less than 10 minutes,It fell and broke my frame. What a waste of money.
