The package states 2 servings of 5 oz each, but short of an extremely strict diet, you'd be hard-pressed to find more than one serving here. The package is almost entirely water with about a 3" x 2" x 1" chunk of meat. Taste is fine, but portion is not worth $10.

Terrible- there is maybe enough meat in here for ONE taco - a complete waste of money and I am mad that I paid almost $10 for this ridiculous amount of meat in beef sauce.

Did make tasty nachos, but the deceptive package and weight listed make it seem like you’re getting way more meat than you are. I would not spend $9.39 on this again. We poured the mix thru a mesh strainer to get not quite 6 oz (1/3lb) of meat. Thats equivalent to $26.40/lb. Taste was good, but the value is just not there. If your meal format needs the sauce, you might feel better.

Oh my goodness, this Barbacoa is absolutely delicious and to think it can be bought in a grocery store. Many times ready-made food does not live up to its photograph & expectations but that is not the case for the 3 items I have tried from Del Real.The meat is tender and for me well-seasoned & flavorful (not looking for a spice to knock my socks off😊). For a warm summer evening, it was perfect on a bed of lettuce with green onions, avocado & red radishes with a little lime juice & spices.

This product was mostly juice. There were only a few small pieces of meat meant for 2 people. One of them was not even edible because it was so tough and fatty. It’s unfortunate because flavor wise it is good but it’s not worth the price.

Very disappointed. Tastes nothing like barbacoa, just spices and beef without much else flavor. I thought this would come pre-shredded with the meat marinated in the sauce but it was just one lump of meat that wasn’t easy at all to shred. I’ll never buy this again.
