A: Thank you for your question. Yes, the cover of the Delta Children Kids' Cozee Flip-Out Faux Shearling 2-in-1 Convertible Chair is removable and machine-washable. To remove the cover, the chair features a child-safe zipper that doesn't have a traditional pull tab. This design prevents children from easily opening it. To unzip the cover, you'll need to insert a paperclip into the zipper mechanism. Once removed, you can machine wash the cover in cold water on a gentle cycle. Avoid using bleach or ironing the cover to maintain its quality.

My 20 month old grandson loves this so we are keeping it. But, this chair is unstructured which is not apparent in the pictures online. It's more like a bean bag chair. If you're looking for a structured, neat chair, this isn't it.
