Contaminated product???
I've purchased this cleanser several times over the years and liked it. This time, when I purchased a bottle last week and went to use the cleanser for the first time, this weird brown goop came out that felt disgusting. I examined the bottle and saw a bunch of this brown goop at the top. Emailed Derma-e one week ago with pics because they claim to have a "quality guarantee" but they never responded, so I'm leaving this review. Let the pictures speak for themselves.

Only cleanser I'll use for sensitive areas
This is genuinely the most gentle cleanser I've ever used. It gentle enough to wash my face with my eyes open! Although I don't use this for its anti- wrinkle or pores diminishing claims, I find it helps with body odors really well so I mainly use for those areas.

Effective and Gentle Makeup Remover
I use this product in the evening to remove makeup and impurities. It's so powerful that I don't use a washcloth and so gentle that I don't have irritation afterwards (I have sensitive skin). I notice my face is tight and taut after use, which is nice for a youthful and refreshed appearance. I finish with a facial moisturizer which is necessary for my skin in winter.

This cleanser does lightly exfoliate, so I don't use daily. I use it approx 2-3 times weekly. It helps with skin texture and build up/clogges pores. Love the way it renews the skin.

I've purchased this cleanser from Derma-E in the past and it still doesn't disappoint. It has safe & high-quality ingredients - hard to find at an affordable price point. The cleanser is fragrance free and leaves my skin feeling fresh and moisturized. As for wrinkles, I haven't noticed anything drastic, but my skin does feel smooth and healthy. I think you get great value from this brand - I appreciate their transparency and ethical ingredients.
