Is there a change to the bottle yet?
I love this conditioner (and the shampoo as well), but refuse to purchase more until it is available in a bottle I can actually use. That's the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars! My husband had to literally squeeze with all his might to get the conditioner out into another easier to use (NORMAL!!) bottle for me. I'm out of the product now, so please let us know when you've listened to the people and fixed this problem and I'll order more!

Great conditioner for scalp!
Not as cold as the shampoo. It's a good amount of mint/ menthol and makes my scalp feel nourished and healthy.

Great product but container doesn't deliver easily
Fabulous conditioner, especially for scalps that are itchy. My only complaint is that the neck of the bottle is too small and it's the wrong kind of bottle to be able to get the conditioner out. Please change the delivery method/bottle. Also, it would be great to have an unscented conditioner for those of us who are sensitive to fragrances

Silky smooth hair
This conditioner leaves my hair silky smooth without the oily or heavy feeling at the root. For ease of use I bought containers with a pump top and refill with this conditioner.

I keep buying it even though the bottle sucks
I love the product. I hate the bottle. The bottle is way too stiff. I have to transfer it to another bottle to use it easily and because it's a nice thick conditioner (yeah?) it's hard to transfer

Only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 is I can't squeeze the bottle to get it out. The bottles are very hard plastic and I have weak grip strength.

Your bottles suck
Hey, this product is pretty good but your bottles are absolutely are ridiculous. Probably some of the worst bottles in the 21st century. Again, great product. But why am I literally jerking and fingering a bottle to get the conditioner out. I am gooning a conditioner bottle. That is what my life has come to with this product. Great hair result, crappy shower experience.

Best Dry Scalp Conditioner!

Your container is not user friendly
The hard plastic container is not usable ... cannot even squeeze the product out. I am very disappointed. I will try and return this product to where I purchased it but since I opened it and tried to use it once, they might not give me a refund.

Great product in unusable bottle
I no would give it 5 stars for the product itself, but like so many below reviews have mentioned, the bottle is terrible. I will not buy it again unless the packaging changes. I have the shampoo too. It works really well, but I also struggle with that bottle, but not as bad with the conditioner.

This product is GREAT
This product is lovely. My scalp is extremely sensitive and so far i have had barely any flakes or itching. My hair is shiny, has some bounce in its curls, and actually looks moisturized. Its always a struggle to find something that works for me! Ya sure the bottle is hard to manipulate, so elderly people and someone with an injury would definitely have a hard time.. I have no problem squeezing it out of the bottle but i dont bother with the tiny cap. My trick is I have to remove the cap every time first, squeeze product out and then close it up.

Effective Product, Bad Packaging
I like this product. It works well on your scalp, and you can actually notice a tingly feeling when you leave it on for a few minutes. It smells minty. My only complaint is the packaging - you have to be he-man to squeeze something out of it.

Awful packaging for a great product.
I love this conditioner but the fact that it's impossible to get out of the bottle is frustrating. It's difficult to squeeze and get trapped inside of the lid rather than coming out for use.

I don't know why they keep doing this. This is a great product but the bottle is like steel. You can't squeeze it at all. The problem has been going on for years and they still don't do anything about it.

Opening in cap too small to accommodate thick consistency
While the bottle is a harder than usual plastic, I think the issue is that the opening in the bottle cap is too small to accommodate the thick consistency of the conditioner. I turned the bottle upside down until the conditioner was all the way to the cap, unscrewed the cap and was then fairly easily able to squeeze out a usable amount in one try. I see that the opening in the cap is the same size as on the shampoo bottle and as the shampoo is a much thinner liquid it works fine but not for the conditioner. While a pump on the conditioner bottle would be great, perhaps an easier fix is to use a cap with a larger opening.
