Disappointing results with no improvement in itchiness or dandruff.
I am quite disappointed with the CeraVe Anti-Dandruff Hydrating Conditioner and gave it 2 stars because it simply doesn't seem to work for me. While the application is easy and the texture feels fine, the overall effectiveness regarding my scalp issues is non-existent. I bought this specifically to help with itchiness and dandruff, but after several uses, I haven't seen any improvement at all. It doesn't seem to hydrate my hair well enough either; in fact, my ends feel somewhat brittle, and I'm concerned about hair breakage. I really wanted to like this because I trust the brand, but unfortunately, this product did not live up to its promises for my specific hair needs.

It's effective
This conditioner works well. It's effective at helping with dandruff. The consistency is easy to get out of the tube and apply to hair. The scent is light.

Wonder

Nice thick consistency
I tried a travel size of this over 4 hair washes and it helped my dandruff slightly. It has a very thick consistency that spreads easily over my roots. I will be buying a full-size bottle. The bottle is made of plastic and is in a squeeze tube so it is easy to get all the conditioner out of the packaging.

Must try
I like that this is unscented. It is a creamy white conditioner that applies evenly to my hair. My hair is left moisturized but not greasy. It retails for a fair price. I have been using it with matching shampoo with great results. My scalp is less itchy and soothed.

amazing but time consuming
long review sorry :/ i have severe seborrheic dermatitis (untreated for 28 years ((yes i suffered for forever))) . i went to the derm , i used ketoconazole for a few months , did nothing but ruin break and dry out my hair , scalp worse as ever . i've been using this (and the shampoo) 3x a week for two months and my dermatologist told me today that my scalp is healthy , no flakes also ! my hair used to get oily as it dried , and the conditioner does NOT make your hair greasy even though it's on the scalp , i can go the washing day and the day after with it looking clean (i was very worried abt putting conditioner on my scalp but it doesn't make it greasy dw !) BUT i cannot in good faith rate this five stars because the conditioner is kind of a nightmare . it added about 30/40 minutes to my shower because it takes foreverrrrr to wash out , it also makes the shower very slippery so please invest in a bathmat before using this but all good otherwise ! :) would recommend , will continue to use

Smooth & easy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The conditioner did exactly what it was intended to do, but I don’t think it’s 100% necessary to purchase the conditioner with the shampoo. Any conditioner works just as good as this one.

I can’t not tell yall enough run and get the shampoo and conditioner! My hair was flakey itchy and had sores I have used this stuff 2x already and my head is pretty much healed! The conditioner leaves your hair so soft and easy to brush! I will not used a different shampoo after using this!

No Scent
I received a sample of CeraVe Anti-Dandruff Hydrating conditioner. This is a great conditioner. It spreads evenly and washes out without much residue. This doesn't have any scent that I can detect. This pairs well with the anti-dandruff shampoo. It left my scalp feeling good. I feel this would work well with regular use. I do have a dry scalp, so it's important that I get something that actually works. The only problem I had was I needed to use a lot. It's also not as moisturizing as my hair requires. It's a great price.
