It has a good weight to it, feels solid. Just a little small for my needs. I wanted this to hold my keys & wallet. It holds the keys but is too small for the wallet to fit, even without the keys. They would do well if they created 2 larger sizes similarly themed. Or a Steampunk themed wallet that fits. It's a great piece for what it is.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it as a gift for my 8 yr old grandson as a "treasure box." He opened it and his father assured him it had to be a mistake and was too valuable for an 8 yr old. Everyone was blown away by the detail and quality. The 8 yr old was enchanted! Gramma rocked it again!
