I used this this for a few days regularly and it did not raise my blood sugar. If you have a nagging sore throat give this a try.

I would recommend this sore throat spray as we like using sore throat sprays when we have them, they seem to help a lot.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cough and cold medicine is notoriously bad tasting. This takes bad to a whole new level. I got one squirt in and it made me gag. This is quite possibly the worst tasting medicine I have ever consumed. I would rather have a sore throat. There are many sugar free substitutes that could be used to make this a little more pleasant.

So I want to give it a 2 star. BUT it works. Really well. Keeps the throat numb and pain free. So I would absolutely recommend and will be using this during the winter months.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have diabetes and for me it is very important to find products that do not contain sugar, especially cough or throat products, this spray is wonderful as it not only softens my throat but also helps the cough not to be so severe, the best is It does not contain sugar a sodium and has a good cherry flavor, I recommend it.

I thought it was a good time to try the spray and I’m glad I did. It worked instantly and left behind a good taste. My throat numbed fast and I only had to use a few times over a few days and it was effective each time e in making my throat feel better.

I wasn’t worried if my blood sugar would go up. It tasted great and worked well .

Saturday night my brother throat was bothering him so he sprayed some in the back of his throat. He said it didn’t taste nasty that it tasted alright. It did work he hasn’t complaint about his throat after the first use. I recommend this. And for this being for diabetics is great.

The diabetic Tussin sore throat spray helped my scratchy throat, and it tasted really good too.

It provided fast relief, and i was and to stop coughing from throat irritation. However, i don't like the taste when it first hit my mouth. However, that taste doesn't last long, but the soothing effect after is worth it.
