Second one ordered
Ordered this for my husband for Christmas. This is the second one we have from Dickies. They wear well and he loves the sleeves with nylon lining. Makes it easier to put your arms in and your sleeves just slide in easy without getting bunched up.

Breathable comfort, great fit&range of motion
Comfortable , breathable and fits true to size... Great for in the house, shop or out on town etc with a work vest... like the 'smooth' sleeves, inside material, which is very low friction, albeit cooler, for those of us who work for extended periods.. less friction, less fatigue , now to find a pair of insulated pants that do the same...[ flannel feels nice but friction all day gets long in the tooth !]

Zipper problem at first
The zipper was very hard to get inserted into clasp at first. Eventually worked, not as nice as my original Dickies hoodie.

So far, so good!!
I just got the sweatshirt a couple weeks ago, but it's still fairly warm outside. I tried it on at home and it feels like my last one, But a few hairs thinner. My last one was probably. 7 years old. I think this one will still do the job. It's frustrating not to have something warm and fuzzy in the arm section of the jacket but I'll survive. That's why it's called layering. The zipper connects and the hood goes on nice. The hood pull in the pockets is okay. It's kind of neat and not a deal killer. This jacket will do me just fine. It will be real interesting to try out the water repellent feature!!

I always buy the crew these soft, warm and easy to work in high pile fleece lined zip hoodies. The crew loves them, and we put our company logos on the front and back. Great hoodies for the fall & winter.... it's the only jacket they wear!

Okay, Not Great
Seemed like a decent sweatshirt, but the sleeves have no fleece lining like the shell. Working outside, my arms get as cold, or colder, than my core. An older Dickies model (circa 2013 +/-) had the same lining throughout and I liked that. After 10+ years, my ratty Dickies sweatshirt needed replacing, but guess I'll keep it longer.

It’s warm and comfortable and fits perfectly. Only downside is arms are not lined which was disappointing.
