Dickies Men's Slim Straight Fit Twill Work Pants

The slim fit is great, just what the 874 needs. But the rise is so short! There is not enough room from the beltline to the crotch. Why did they change the rise!?

unbelievably poor workmanship. shameful what these pants have become over the years, just shameful..

Ordered two pairs and they were both sized the same - honestly this is an improvement over past orders where some pants of the same size and cut were noticeably different. Good job. Color and shape has held up after a couple washings. I may go for a slightly lighter/softer fabric next time as these are pretty warm and I spend most of my time in an office.

Excellent quality. I already washed my pants and dried them in the dryer, and they fit perfectly. I want to congratulate the company for making these high-quality pants.

My husband swears by Dickies pants, he has worn them for 40 years. The Originals run small so he wears 36 x 32. He asked me if they sold slim fit because his pants were too baggy in the butt and legs, so I ordered slim fit in the same size. Well the waist on the slim fit are much bigger and I should’ve ordered a size down. I wish Dickies had sizes that were consistent.

Sturdy, good fit, equally apt for holding council in Rivendell or marching into battle against the hosts of Mordor.

I bought these oants 2 weeks ago and the inside seam on the left leg, about knee level, is alreqdy starting to tear.

The waist sizes do vary. I ordered a few different pairs and some were perfect fit and some much tighter.

I don't know who these pants are made for. The crotch is so shallow that there's no room for your junk, the thighs are so tight that moving is a chore, and the lower leg is exceptionally baggy in huge contrast to the restricting thigh area. I would have returned these had I not accidentally taken all the tags off beforehand.

Solid, substantial and a little stylish trousers with slimmer legs for work. I buy these every year for my son who works at a hospital and needs sturdy pants with lots of pockets and many heavy-duty belt loops to support a belt laden with toggles and key rings. They keep a nice crease when ironed and stay black after daily wear and washing. My only wish is to have them offered in 29” inseam.

Very durable work pants . A little stiff but if you do hard rough work there fine. A few washes n your good to go.

I really want to like these pants. I have a tall, slim figure (6’1”, 155lbs) and I like the cut around the legs. Only problem is they’re very tight around the groin. Have to wear these very low on the hips and almost sag. It’s so bad that it feels like walking around with a permanent wedgie and a visible crease in the crack. I’m struggling to understand what kind of person would fit well in these, as someone with a slim build and almost no behind I don’t see how anyone with a thicker build could comfortably wear these without these pants completely riding up their rear. Going to keep these in hopes that they loosen up a bit over time and because they’re cheap with a nice fit around the legs.

I bought these for my teenage grandson to wear on his job at a fast food kitchen. They hold up to laundering every day and come clean every time to look as good as new. I have ordered a second pair.

The zipper is just too short and makes them uncomfortable and difficult to tuck in shirt.

Great fit and not so baggy in the legs. Please know that I wear a 33 x 34 and they are never in stock anymore 🙁

these are straight leg…don’t see how straight leg can be considered ‘slim fit’
