Good quality, large size
Great hat! I wish the back adjustable part was the same canvas fabric instead of the plastic snap. I have a small head and it fits, touches the tops of my ears if I pull it down, but not bad! Definitely made for larger heads.

Mashed hat
Hat was shipped with shirts in shipping envelope and was mashed up. No one wants to wear a mashed hat. Dickies shipped some stickers along with them, which was nice, but they were all crinkled for the same reason. Not good Dickies. Not good at all!!
