Dickies Women's Relaxed Fit Carpenter Pants

Petite female (5ft0”, 110lb) purchased size 25Regular and fits in the waist, hips, and seat really well. Pleased with the medium weight fabric. Great for workwear/utility. Being a shorty I had to hem 3.5inches.

Inseam is crazy long, I'm 5'6" but these are at least 4 inches too long for me. Fit around the waist is super baggy. I'd bother to get these fixed with a tailor if the quality was worth it. Unfortunately, the fabric is that cheap stretchy denim that's common in fast fashion

Had them hemmed and these pants have quickly become my new favorite!

It’s amazing when you purchase the right size. I originally got a size 31 since i’m usually a size 8-10 in jeans. It ended up being a little too big on the waist so I bought a second pair size 29 and it fit perfect. Not too tight or loose. I love the style of these pants, it compliments your body and imm also 5’7 about 165 pounds so the length of these was perfect!

Fun! I had very similar pants like this in 8th grade (2001) and now they’re back. Comfy but very baggy. A little too big - in the store I would have exchanged for a smaller size but through the mail it’s not worth it. I’ll just wear a belt,

Dickies needs to figure out their sizing. 25 in this style is too small but 25 in cargo pants too big. The back pockets on these also go down too far which is a weird look. But the main issue is the low rise. I wanted these for field work but I can’t squat down without showing off my thong. Shame that no one can figure out women’s workwear

I bought my standard size and I didn’t find the fit relaxed at all. They fight slightly too tight (wearable, but not relaxed at all). The quality of these is also really poor. The fabric is extremely thin.

Ordered a size 26 in these (my Levi's size), they fit good. Measurements: 5'8, 120lbs. A bit baggier through the thigh and leg than I was expecting but still cute. Thin fabric, wouldn't consider these for workwear. Love the belt.

I knew I was taking a risk after reading the reviews. i'm 5'4, 135lbs, usually a size 4-6 or 28-30inch. I decided to get the size 28, in the mushroom brown color and the black. The brown actually fit perfectly but weirdly the black was looser around the waist. Nothing a belt can't solve, though. I may have just gotten lucky. I hope my measurements will help people determine what size to get, but keep in mind it just seems super inconsistent for everybody. I do love them though.

My favorite color to wear is brown and these pants fit my style so perfectly! The material of the pants gives enough stretch and the only minor issue is that they are a little long on me (I’m 4’11”) but you can always roll them up a little. Love them and I plan on getting more colors.

I bought a men's pair of these pants and the women's pair and the difference in quality is shocking. This material is not strong enough to be workwear, it's so thin and weak, they probably won't last a month at my job. But I will never be wearing these pants to work because they are SEE-THROUGH. Once again women in trades are given poorly constructed versions of men's products.

Reading the other reviews I imagined these run big, but they however do not. I was between sizes and went down and they are super tight.

I have a red pair and needed or should I say WANTED another pair. They are so comfortable and fit my basic, athletic frame SO well. I don't have overly wide hips but I am also not a slim jim and the design of these pants is incredibly flattering. The first pair I bought have lasted forever as well. Definitely recommend!

I ordered 2 different colors of this style in the past - size 27. I wanted a slightly looser fit so I ordered the 28 and I can’t even button them! Obviously I did not anticipate that - at worst I assumed they would just fit. Obviously had I known they weren’t going to be the same I wouldn’t have risked a final sale purchase. The non sale jeans I ordered also didn’t fit, luckily I can return those. VERY disappointed.

I'm a warehouse supervisor, I've been searching for decent work pants for ages and was praying Dickies would be the right brand! I'm 5'5, 140lb, with a 30" waist. I read all of the reviews, I searched feedback, I researched every pair of pants offered. I knew to size down, so with a 30" waist, I ordered several different pairs in a size 25, hoping they wouldn't be too small! Well I was in for a shock when they arrive, very quickly I will appreciate, and they are wildly large, even with a belt they're easier 5" too big, without a belt they'll simply fall down like I'm a cartoon character. Overall, I'm very disappointed, but the quality does seem alright, so I'll be taking them in to a tailor to be fitted. My advice is size down, as much as you can, and even then expect to have them tailored to fit. Unfortunately, work clothing is never made for smaller women.

sizing was confusing and the pants were much too big. i wear a 30x30, got 30 regular size and and had to get them altered about 2 inches smaller in the waist and they’re too long as well.

I ordered based on the size guide. The pants are too tight in the waist and too loose in the seat and legs. The Women's Painter's Pants fit me perfectly, but they seem to be no longer available.
