Ingredients
For the Chicken:
¼ C butter
½ C ketchup
½ C cola soda
2 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp black better
10 oz chicken breast

For the blue cheese sauce:
½ C heavy cream
¼ C milk
2 Tbsp cornstarch
1 C blue cheese

For the sandwich:
4 hamburger buns
¼ C mayonnaise
2 C coleslaw
1 C sliced pickles

Instructions
1. Add butter to the slow cooker and melt on low. Add ketchup, cola soda, honey, apple cider vinegar, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper into the So Yummy by Bella Slow Cooker.
2. In a skillet, sear the chicken breast on both sides until golden brown. Nestle the chicken breast into the sauce in the slow cooker.
3. Cook for 3 hours on Low.
4. Remove the chicken and place it in a bowl and shred using an electric mixer or two forks. Return to the sauce and toss to coat.
5. For the blue cheese sauce: Combine ingredients in your other So Yummy by Bella Slow Cooker and cook on Low for 35 minutes until thickened, stirring occasionally.
6. To serve: Spread mayonnaise on the bun, top with the pulled chicken, coleslaw, and pickles. Dip in blue cheese sauce and enjoy!
