Directions
Keep frozen until ready to prepare.
OVEN
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Place frozen chicken nuggets in a single layer on baking sheet (line with parchment paper for easy cleanup).
3. Heat 10 to 12 minutes or until heated through.
MICROWAVE
Use when you’re in a hurry. Will be less crispy than baking.
1. Arrange 6 to 8 frozen chicken nuggets in a circle on microwave-safe plate.
2. Microwave uncovered on HIGH 2 to 3 minutes or until heated through.
3. Let stand 1 to 2 minutes before serving. Caution: Plate will be hot.
AIR FRYER
1. Preheat air fryer to 360° F according to manufacturer’s instructions.
2. Arrange desired number of frozen nuggets in a single layer in basket.
3. Air-fry for 7 minutes or until heated through.
Appliances may vary; adjust accordingly. Refrigerate or discard leftovers immediately."

Pretty good but I keep biting into hard little pieces. Not sure if they’re bone or plastic but can probably cause damage to teeth if you bite hard enough so please be careful if you choose to purchase!!

The nuggets aren't the same as before
Good & Gather must have changed how they make these nuggets because what I'm getting now is a lot different than before. The nuggets are noticeably SMALLER and the breading is thicker and harder. These used to taste amazing but now it's hard to finish eating just one. This is very disappointing since my child is autistic and this was one of his few safe foods.
